What’s going on, Key Figures? 💎
Back with another Gem from the Key Figures Roadmap Newsletter.
Some stories hit harder because they remind us what leadership really means.
Every Friday, you’ll get one story, one lesson, and one challenge — straight from the people shaping the world.
Today, we spotlight Abdulaziz Osman, a man who turned a 50K/month job into a multi-million Bitcoin mining empire.
It’s a story about discipline, risk, and faith — proof that real wealth starts long before the money shows up.
Coming Up:
Today’s Key Figure: How Abdulaziz Osman Turned a 50K/Month Salary Into a Multi-Million Bitcoin Mining System.
Key Lesson: “If your system stops when you do, you don’t have a business — you have a job.”
This Week’s Challenge: Design a Business That Breathes Without You.
Let’s get into it 🔥
Today’s Key Figure: Abdulaziz Osman
Abdulaziz started his professional career as an engineer, earning 50,000 AED/month in the oil and gas sector.
He had status. Stability. But not freedom.
Every morning he clocked in, he could feel the invisible walls of the corporate closing in.
“Everyone told me to stay safe. But safety is where dreams go to die.”
So he quit.
It was 2015. Bitcoin was trading at $300.
Everyone called it a scam. He called it inevitable.
He started with one mining machine, tucked in a small storage space.
It overheated. The electricity bills were insane. He barely broke even.
But instead of quitting, he went back to engineering mode.
Studying hash rates, airflow, and server design like he was rewriting the blueprint for freedom.
“I didn’t enter crypto to gamble. I entered to build infrastructure.”
And that’s exactly what he did.
That single machine evolved into BitHash, now one of the largest private Bitcoin mining operations in the region — generating over 1 Bitcoin a month.
His network now spans megawatt facilities in Abu Dhabi, managed like precision factories — each rig tracked, optimized, and maintained with zero downtime.
In his episode on the Key Figures Podcast, Abdulaziz revealed the method behind the millions:
Step 1: Structure your day before you structure your business.
He wakes at 4:30 AM, prays, meditates, and writes affirmations for exactly 21 minutes.
Step 2: Treat time as a machine.
He splits his day into “execution windows” — three focused 90-minute blocks. No distractions.
Step 3: Keep your energy frequency clean.
He listens to high-frequency sound tones first thing in the morning.
No news. No noise. Only intention.
Step 4: Automate belief.
Every night, he visualizes goals already achieved.
“If your mind can perceive it! You can achieve it”
That’s not motivation. That’s engineering.
Today, BitHash oversees hundreds of rigs across multiple facilities — representing tens of millions in managed infrastructure
Abdulaziz’s clients range from Dubai investors to international funds — people wiring seven figures purely off trust.
“When people invest with me, they don’t buy machines. They buy peace of mind.”
His success isn’t marketing — it’s consistency.
He replies to client messages at midnight.
He handles logistics himself.
He reinvests profits back into infrastructure — not luxury.
When asked about availability, his answer was simple:
“I’m reachable. Even though I’m a CEO, I’m still reachable. You have a problem, Abdulaziz will solve it.”
That’s the kind of mindset that separates traders from architects.
Despite running one of the region’s top mining firms, Abdulaziz’s discipline is spiritual, not transactional.
He treats his morning ritual like a sacred calibration.
“Your first hour decides your 24.
If you lose it, the world owns you. If you control it, you own the world.”
He calls this state frequency alignment — the practice of staying mentally synced even when chaos hits.
It’s why, even after market crashes, he never panics.
“Bitcoin goes up and down. My energy doesn’t.”
When I asked him what “freedom” means now, he didn’t talk about yachts, watches, or Lamborghinis.
He smiled and said:
“Freedom is when you wake up and your system works for you — not the other way around.”
His story isn’t about mining Bitcoin.
It’s about mining potential.
And he’s not done yet.
Abdulaziz’s journey is proof that freedom isn’t found in coins but in consistency.
Next Friday, we’re featuring a self-made single woman entrepreneur who went from invisible to unstoppable in matter of years.
Don’t miss out on it.
Key Lesson
“If your system stops when you do, you don’t have a business — you have a job.”
This Week’s Challenge
Most people want freedom — few realize their habits are still jobs.
Ask yourself: “If I stopped today, what would stop with me?”
Whatever comes to mind first — that’s your weakness. Fix it.
Map your top 3 daily tasks and write one SOP (step-by-step guide) for each.
Document it as if someone else had to do it tomorrow.
The goal isn’t to escape work. It’s design work that doesn’t need escaping.
Share your progress with @thekeyfigures on Instagram or reply to this email — we might feature your results in The Roadmap next week.
